Usage rules
Terms of Use
General terms
By using DJS.DANCE websites, artist pages, radio, players, audio streams or other materials, you agree to these terms.
Availability of services
DJS.DANCE websites, radio, players, artist pages, audio streams, links, media files, informational materials and other services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the services stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability at any specific time.
Services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, configuration changes, software errors, hosting operation, network failures, actions of third parties or other circumstances.
Changes to services and content
We may change, update, supplement, restrict, temporarily suspend or discontinue individual pages, features, players, radio streams, playlists, tracks, descriptions, visual materials, documents or other parts of the DJS.DANCE project at any time.
Such changes may be made without prior notice unless otherwise required by law.
Limitation of liability
DJS.DANCE and the Public Organization “Center for Cultural and Social Development” are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website, radio, player, audio stream or individual materials if such unavailability is related to maintenance, updates, network failures, hosting issues, software failures, actions of third parties or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the use or inability to use the website, radio or materials, except where such liability is required by mandatory law.
Nothing in these terms limits user rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Prohibited use
You may not use DJS.DANCE websites or services for unlawful activities, interference with servers, bypassing technical protection, mass automated data collection or infringement of third-party rights.
Third-party links
The websites may contain links to third-party services. We do not control their content, availability or data processing practices.
