Data controller

The operator of DJS.DANCE websites and services is the Public Organization “Center for Cultural and Social Development”, Ukrainian organization code 38395932.

Data that may be processed

When you visit the website, open artist pages, listen to the radio or use the player, the following technical data may be processed:

• IP address;
• date and time of the request;
• page URL or stream URL;
• browser or audio player user-agent;
• referer, if sent by the browser;
• technical logs of Nginx, AzuraCast, Icecast and Liquidsoap;
• listener counts, current track, playlist and short playback history;
• technical cookies or session cookies for the admin panel, security or service settings.

Radio and statistics

DJS.DANCE Radio uses a self-hosted AzuraCast platform. In our configuration, Icecast is used as the streaming frontend and Liquidsoap as the backend/AutoDJ. The public stream is MP3 at 192 kbps. Listener requests are disabled. HLS is disabled.

Public radio data may include station name, stream URL, listener counts, currently playing track, cover art, playlist, live status and a short history of recently played tracks.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed for technical website and radio operation, audio stream delivery, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, basic listening statistics and service administration.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking unless stated otherwise. Technical cookies/session cookies may be used for the admin panel, security or service settings.

Retention

Technical logs and service data are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, administration and the operator’s legitimate interests, after which they may be deleted or overwritten.

User rights

You may contact us regarding access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of personal data, where such data can be identified by the operator. Please use: booking@djs.dance.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect websites and services, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
